Summary: 18-years old college student Kasumi Nakano awakens at the hospital with all of her memories wiped out, supposedly due to a traumatic experience. She soon runs into Usagi Tsukino, now a young college student, and quickly befriends her. Kasumi having no home and no family, Usagi and her friends decide to take care of her, and do everything to make her comfortable with her new life.

But, as Kasumi starts to enjoy herself and finally feel like a regular young adult, series of disturbing nightmares come up and poison her sleep. Some seem to be frightening recollections of her past, some others show events that are about to take place. Many of them include a team of guardians devoted to protect the Earth, calling themselves the Sailor Guardians. They seem to have a great deal of trouble with strange creatures "like nothing they have seen before", and against which the one called Sailor Moon turns out to be completely powerless. But the most troubling thing is the appearance of a creepy, dreadful guardian, calling herself Sailor Lilith, who looks very much like Kasumi.

Between fantasy and reality, Kasumi must investigate to understand the meaning of all this. Who is Sailor Lilith? How is she connected to herself? Why can she defeat the monsters, instead of Sailor Moon? And above all, is that alter ego good or evil?
